If you need any kind of corrections to your I-94, please visit your local CBP office. Website is www.cbp.gov. On this website search for Deferred Inspection locations and visit the nearest one.
CBP officer will give you new I-94 with the corrected name, I-94 validity date, DOB, class of admission etc...

Is there any rule saying that she has to complete minimum 18 credit hours before going for vacation and stamp.
She has just completed 3 credit house(when was in H4). Is she able to go now and stamp visa?

Photoshop might have a filter that could do this, although I'm not sure off the top of my head. I'd go with the Flash version myself, it's quick, easy and you can cut and paste the result into another package without any hassle.

Could you please pm us the IP address of your machine. It will help us to diagnose the problem and/or let you know the reason. Its possible that your work environment is using NATing. So all machines from within that network will propagate the same external IP address. If you could send us your IP address at work, we will be able to diagnose the problem.

I think you should apply for H1 extensions about 6 months in advance even if u have applied for AOS. Your driver license might also expire with your H1-b and to renew your license you will need approved H1-Extension. Also just in case something goes wrong with your AOS application and it gets denied, you might be out of status.
I would strongly suggest that you apply for H1-Extension well in advance just to be on safe side.

I am planning to schedule a visa appointment soon. I was filling DS-156 form
and have a following question:
Item#36 : "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your Behalf?".
Here is my situation:

Myself -> H1B
My wife, kid -> H4
Applied for I-485 last year ( all 3 of us ).
Question:
For me, I understand that I say "yes" and mention name of my employer.
But for my wife+kid, I say "yes", but what should I fill for "who" part?
Also, Item#33 for my kid (2nd grade), should answer to "Do you intend to study
in US" be YES or NO ? ( my guess is YES, and name of the elementary school?)

What is a probable timeline for Eb3 to Eb2 porting ? If we are already using EB3 EAD and not renewed old H1b, is it still possible to apply for Eb2 labor ?
