Has anyone paper filed for renewal of EAD and AP together?
I am trying to file these together wanted to know if i can fedex both the applications together in the same package.

Isn't it strange that even though Eb3-I PD Mar 04 is not current, they opened the file and sent RFE?
My PD is Mar 2005/EB3 and I was sent an RFE in Jul 2009 since my Birth certificate has initials and not the full name.
I read somewhere, because of the backlog, they do review the cases and in some cases even "approve" them. Once the visa number is available, GC will be issued for these cases.

Please note that an I-485 approval invalidates the H-1B visa.
I would travel to the US before Advanced Parole expiry to obtain the GC and return. I am not sure of any exceptions - please post the question in 'Ask a Lawyer' section ASAP.

An A# is allotted whenever you file for AOS (either employment or relationship based or any other category eligible) and the USCIS accepts your I-485. This will be your A# for the rest of your life and will be on any subsequent filings (irrespective of the category .. immigrant or non-immigrant) with the USCIS.
I am not really sure about the A# allotted when you file for F1/OPT (I never had an F1). Please check with a qualified legal specialist.

It's been a while and I don't remember, what I signed - those were the times of innocence, if you could say that :). The physical copy should represent itself in no time once it is approved. I presume that is how the lawyer comes to know about it.

You will be using XNA Game Studio (installs into Visual Studio), to develop games. All your time other than for graphics will be spent in Visual Studio 2010. Highly recommend you have a device. Testing in the emulator is not the greatest for games.
Note: All you need is the freely available tools (Express Editions). Having the student or paid versions does not really benefit those using the XNA Game Studio, or building applications for WP7. I'm sure that page says that, just didn't want you to get confused.
If you have done any other game programming you will find everything pretty easy, just takes a bit to get use to. It sounds like you are new to C#, but don't worry most tutorials are setup in a way this shouldn't be a problem.
The MSDN Create site has code samples and there are lengthy tutorials online that will help you get started with XNA.

Me and my wife received our EADs and our H1/H4 is valid till 2010.
My wife is attending school being on H4. Since she has EAD, can she work part time(not in school) and keep the H4 status valid.
Please suggest.
Yes, She can work using EAD part time or fulltime. But if she uses EAD, the H4gets invalidated automatically, She should keep renewing the EAD / AP.
Why you want to have the H4 status valid ??

We are indian nationals living in the US - I have an H1-B visa with visa stamp valid till 05/2010 and my wife is on H4 - she has a valid 797 but does not have a visa stamp yet
